Group & Private Training

Our training program has earned the attention of many NFL, collegiate & high school athletes around the world. We train the basics really well, which ultimately translates to the game.

We offer two types of group sessions: THE WORKSHOP and THE BREAK(FAST) CLUB.

THE WORKSHOP is our in-season training which will tune up the skills & tools that athletes need throughout the 2024 football season.

THE BREAK(FAST) CLUB is our specialized training program that focuses on footwork, speed & agility for all athletes of any sport. Eat with us.

A private session is a personalized coaching experience tailored to an individual player's needs and goals. During these sessions, Coach T Williams will focus on improving the player's skills, techniques, and overall performance through one-on-one instruction. Private sessions offer targeted feedback and customized training plans, enabling players to progress more efficiently and effectively than in group settings.
